We aim to fix most PC problems in your home where possible and charge very reasonable rates for our services. We do not charge a fee for investigation of the problem; our fees only begin once work has begun to repair the issues that we find.
When necessary we will take your PC back to our workshop for further investigation and repair. We intend to fix all PCs as quickly as possible so as to cause you as little inconvenience as possible. Please understand that where parts are required, if they are not held in our workshop we will have to order them in and delivery times are dependent on our suppliers.
PC Upgrades are undertaken at our workshop and we will have to take your PC away during this time. We will upgrade your PC as best as we can to your specification and if requested, can source the parts and provide an estimate cost breakdown in advance. We will try to source the most cost efficient parts unless you specify otherwise.

PC Servicing
At one point in time in the life of a computer system, it is inevitable that your malware, defragmentation and registry errors will occur. This is all part of the constant change of data and installs/uninstalls on your computer. One of the services we offer is a PC Service; where we purge your computer of malware, clean up any lost disk space and generally improve the performance of your machine. If done regularly, this can extend the lifespan of a computer and will generally make it faster and more reliable. We offer this service at a very reasonable price and highly recommend a regular spring clean of your computer.
As with PC Upgrades, we can custom build PCs to your requirement. Prices can be sourced in advance and we do also offer ready-made systems of various standards. We also offer cheaper, reconditioned PCs for purchase for those of you on a budget.

Website Design
We provide website design services to our customers, ranging from basic single page website creation, existing website re-designs, through to full site creation. We utilise a variety of website coding languages for these sites, depending on the demands of the site and criteria set by the customer.
Training
We also offer training for novice users and newcomers to computers.
